Check if your Cell Phone or SIM Card is compatible with our service

With a 32K or 64K MTN or Vodacom SIM Card, you will be able to make use of our SMS-Based service.
If you do not have a 32K or 64K SIM Card, you can do a SIM Swap to upgrade the SIM Card at any Vodacom or MTN Shop.
Please ensure that you do not get anything newer than 64K as it may not be compatible with our service.
Alternatively, you can make use of our WAP system from any network and with any WAP enabled handset.
To check your phone or SIM Card compatibility, simply follow the steps below:


MTN

MTN - 32K or 64K SIM Card

- Enter *170*1# in the home screen of the phone. Then press the ‘Call' button.
- A pop-up will appear - Please do not access the MTN Menu until “Download Complete” SMS has been received.
- An SMS will come through with the same message.
- You will Receive a “Download Complete” SMS. Switch the phone off then on again.


Vodacom

Vodacom - 32K or 64K SIM Card

- Enter *141*777# in the home screen of the phone. Then press the ‘Call' button.
- A pop-up will appear - "You are not provisioned for the WIG Service. A provisioning request has been made on your behalf."
- Message: "You are now provisioned to use WIG Services, please Dial *141#".
Reply 1 - Add New Application. Send. Reply 2 MooV-it. Send
- Message: “All versions of requested application downloaded/added successfully. Please switch phone off and on to refresh your SIM”..


WAP Enabled

WAP Enabled - Any network

- Go into your cell phone’s Web Menu and select “Bookmark”.
- Choose the ‘New Bookmark’ or ‘Add Bookmark’ option.
- Call the bookmark “WAPPoint”.
- Enter the following address: http://www.creditpipe.com/wap
- Save and see if it connects to the Login Page of the Site.
