Sign up for a credit card facility

We can help you to obtain your own credit card facility within 24-72 hours. Follow these simple steps to sign up for the WAPPoint credit card facility service.

WAPPoint Shared Merchant Account:
This option is available if you select an exhibition package or a cell phone or web terminal package on a 1 year or 3 month basis.
Step 1: Print the WAPPoint Application and Contract
Step 2: Choose your point of sale solution and the time period of your contract – This will determine the prices
Step 3: Complete and send to us along with your FICA documentation. Fax 086 6720496 or scan and email to sales@wappoint.co.za
Step 4: Once your application has been processed, we will send you an invoice. On receipt of payment we will connect you to the service.

WAPPoint Own Merchant Account:
This option is available if you select the WAPPoint terminal solution on a 1 year or 3 month basis.
Step 1: Print the WAPPoint Application and Contract as well as the Nedbank Contract & Addendum.
Step 2: Choose your point of sale solution and the time period of your contract – This will determine the prices
Step 3: Complete the WAPPoint Application & Contract as well as the Nedbank Contract & Addendum and send to us along with your FICA documentation. Fax 086 6720496 or scan and email to sales@wappoint.co.za
Step 4: Once your application has been processed, we will send you an invoice. On receipt of payment we will connect you to the service through the WAPPoint shared merchant account and on the WAPPoint shared merchant transaction fees..
Step 5: We will then require all original / certified copies of your documents to be posted to us by registered post. Our postal address is P.O. Box 1651, Olivedale, 2158.
Step 6: Once we receive your documents by post, we will submit your application to Nedbank. Approval by Nedbank can take 2-4 weeks but you will have access to the service through our merchant account during this time..
Step 7: Once we have obtained approval and your merchant card (with your company name on it) from Nedbank, we will send this to you and change your transaction fees to the own merchant fee structure.
