Mobile WAPPoint Terminal

Our mobile credit card machines are completely portable and wireless. The machine communicates via a built-in SIM card which accesses a cellular network. The device also has a built in battery which should last between 2-8 hours depending on the usage. We supply you with a charger and an easy to carry bag so that you can easily travel with your device.

Non-Mobile WAPPoint Terminal

The non-mobile machine is more fixed in its location and requires power and a telephone or GRPS line connection in order to communicate. Transactions are processed by swiping the card and following the on-screen prompts to enter the information related to the transaction. Once the transaction has been approved or declined, the device will print a merchant and customer copy reflecting the status of the transaction. The merchant will also be able to print daily totals or batch reports.

XLink GPRS Radio Pad Solution

The Radio pad terminal operates in the place of a telephone line to provide the credit card machine with an alternative way to communicate with the bank. The terminal utilises a built-in SIM card to transmit the information to the bank. Merchants often opt for this option as the GPRS often communicates faster than a telephone line and can save the merchant hundreds in telephone call costs. This terminal is not a solution on it's own and must be used with an existing credit card machine.
